Birkmyre Gold Blend joined us in March 2002.

 
Sadly, on Monday 14th October 2013, we said, "Goodnight" to Amy for the last time.  Words cannot describe the gap this wonderful dog has left.  We were extremely proud to own and be owned by Amy who, right to the very end, was "The Boss" of the house.  Sweet dreams Amy, we love you xxx.

Amy had a successful if somewhat short show career.  She was retired in her prime due to ongoing problems caused by a thorn in her pad.  She enjoyed her time being a lady of leisure. 

Even in her golden years, Amy was still very cheeky and ruled the roost!  She was an absolute joy and had the most fantastic temperament. Amy was always very laid back and the motto of the house was "Whatever Amy wants, Amy gets!".

 Amy is the apple of Iain’s eye and boy does she know it!  The above photographs were taken at Amy's favourite place, the beach. 

Thank you Bob and Naomi for this gorgeous and amazing laid back girl, she lights up our lives.
